Types of garages that we build
Attached Garage Build: A Garage that is physically attached to the main structure of a house. It provides convenient access to the house and is often used for storing vehicles, tools, and other items.
Detached Garage Build: They can be designed in various sizes and styles and are often used for vehicles, storage, workshops, or as additional living spaces. Detached garages are separate structures from the main house.
Integrated Garage Build: An integrated garage is built beneath the main living area of a house. It is commonly found in homes with basements and provides convenient access to the house from inside.
Carports: A carport is a covered structure with open sides, typically supported by posts or columns. It offers protection from the elements for vehicles but doesn't have enclosed walls.
Tandem Garage Build: Tandem garages are designed to park two or more vehicles in a single row, one behind the other. They are often found in homes with limited space and can be more space-efficient than traditional side-by-side garages.
RV Garage: Oversized garages designed to accommodate recreational vehicles (RVs), motorhomes, or large boats. They are taller and wider than standard garages to fit these large vehicles.
Workshop Garage Build: Workshop garages are equipped with workbenches, tools, and storage space for DIY projects, woodworking, automotive repairs, or other hobbies.
Storage Garage Build: These garages are primarily used for storing items, including seasonal equipment, gardening supplies, or household belongings. They may lack space for vehicle parking.
Multi-Purpose Garage Build: Some garages are designed to serve multiple functions, such as parking, storage, and workspace. These versatile spaces can be customized to meet various needs.
Drive-Through Garage: A drive-through garage has doors on both sides, allowing you to drive straight through from one end to the other. This is convenient for vehicles like trailers and boats.
Collectors' Garage: Designed for car enthusiasts and collectors, these garages are often equipped with special features like car lifts, climate control, and showcases for displaying prized vehicles.
Guest House Garage: Some homeowners convert their garages into guest houses or "granny flats" with living spaces, kitchens, and bathrooms. These can serve as additional living quarters for guests or family members.
